Carla Dedel

Carla, 28 (at the time of writing), is from Quezon City. She is a full time mother and housewife but does acting as her side hustle. She loves diving, reading books and workout.

"When I have time I enjoy free diving. It gives me the kind of joy I had never known from anywhere else. I have dreamt of being a mermaid since I was a child. I never thought it I’ll be living the dream."

Awesome! What TV shows were you on?

"Right now you can watch our ongoing series which is Cut the Series on our Youtube Channel - JTL TV. You can also watch 90 Days the Series on the same Channel. Both are Pinoy BL Series (Boys Love Series). I used to appear on different shows on television way back 2013 as a supporting cast and acting extra but that stopped when I got married. I also did photoshoots and pageants before becoming a mom."

Nice! What do you spend too much money on?

"Free diving equipment and swimsuits. You can’t dive without the basic equipment and its kind of expensive. Not to mention the accommodation, food and transportation whenever I want to dive. The nearest dive spot is in Batangas. Also, I’m addicted to lipsticks! I don’t know much about make up but I do love lipsticks. I have pale lips so usually have 3-5 lip tints / lipsticks with me when I go out."

Wow! What's the most rebellious thing you did as a teen?

"My father and my step mother used to store opened bottles of liquor in our refrigerator. I used to sneak in to get some for myself. Also, I’m not open with my parents about my relationships when I was young. My father have this rule that at 8 pm I should leave my cellphone outside my bedroom. I always sneak out to get my phone later in the evening so that I can talk to a someone I have a crush on."

Sneaky... What advice would you give to your 21 year old self?

"Don’t allow people to stay in your life that treat you poorly. Friends will come and go, and it’s gonna hurt like hell, every damn time. Each person you allow into your heart will teach you something about yourself you never knew. One big thing that keeps you from so many opportunities in life is yourself. The lack of believing in yourself and the fear of rejection. The heart can endure more than you know. Make the mistakes and learn from them. Do not loose hope on anything. Learn to love yourself dear. Always remember, YOU MATTER."

LOVE it. Next... In any decision making situation, do you rather follow your heart or your mind?

"I always follow my heart."

Sweet! What have you learned from life that makes you who you are today?

"I learned to love myself flaws and all. I know my worth and I wont settle for less. I don’t give a F to whatever people say. As long as I am not stepping on anyone. My life my rules."

"Gal Gadot!"

"36-28-38."

hahaha! I know you're sexy. What part of your body do you think is the sexiest?

"Butt."

"Skinny dipped!"

"I don’t think I’ve done this before. Honestly. I often go without a bra though."

"When I was in first year high school, my first boyfriend."

"Both. Can’t really remember but it must be smack turned to torrid eventually."

"A job in Korea as his secretary (he owns a company). I was already processing my visa. When he went here to help me with the papers and offered me indecent proposal to sleep with him."

"50k, of course. I left him and didn’t accept the job as well."
